The Office of Professional Standards is tasked with keeping all of MCRS in line and making sure they are following all of the guidelines and standards of the Mano County Rescue Squad. They can issue all types of punishments with approval from AD+. They should always remain professional while handiling cases.

The Bureau of Preperations and Training is tasked with training all of the medical students. They are the first people that the medical students see, so they should always remain professional, and help them everyway they can.
Status: OPERATIONAL
The Air Ambulance Service is tasked with air lifting patients in need. They will transport patients, if they are far away or in need of immediate transport. They can also help with search and rescue missions, and assisting with water rescues.
Status: DISBANDED
The Bureau of Specialized Operations is the most advanced division in medical information, and rescues. They can perform water rescues, and assist in critical medical cases.
